“Fly Away Balloon Theatre Company” flies away to the Keys with their production: “Composition Notebook”- A Showcase of Original Plays written by the Actors! “Would you like to ride in my beautiful balloon - We could float among the stars together, you and I - For we can fly we can fly - Up, up and away… Love is waiting there in my beautiful balloon - Way up in the air in my beautiful balloon - If you'll hold my hand we'll chase your dream across the sky - For we can fly we can fly - Up, up and away -My beautiful, my beautiful balloon - Balloon...” Up, Up And Away – Jim Webb – The Fifth Dimension (1967) Please join us on Friday night, February 26, 2010 at 8:00 pm, Fly Away Balloon Theatre Company for the debut of our hit production “Composition Notebook” at The Islander Resort’s Conference Center, 82100 Overseas Hwy, Islamorada, Fl. 33036 (Mile Marker 82.1 - Oceanside). The show dates and times are: Friday, February 26, 2010, with a matinee on Saturday, February 27 at 2 p.m.; followed by an evening performance on Saturday, February 27 at 8 p.m. “Composition Notebook” features; Troy Davidson (playwright, actor); Casey Dressler (artistic director, playwright, actor); Robby Green (actor), Marilyn Gresh (actor); Erin Hurst (actor); Miriam Kulick (director, playwright, actor); Jordan Patriarca (playwright, actor); Cally White (actor) and Wendy White (director, playwright). “Composition Notebook” features 11 original one-act plays and monologues: 1) “Multipurpose Solution” by Megan Casella Roth (www.mrothillustration.com 2) “Jonah and the Baron” by Troy Davidson 3) “One Bedroom” by Casey Dressler 4) “Pearl” by Jordan Patriarca 5) “Temp is a 4 Letter Word” by Wendy White (www.newlightgallery.org 6) “On the Side” by Casey Dressler 7) “Thug Love” by Casey Dressler 8) “Girl of 13” by Miriam Kulick (www.miriamkulick.com 9) “Minit Mart” by Wendy White 10) “Red” by Vanessa Garcia (www.thekrane.com 11) “Second Avenue” by Wendy White Ticket Price: $18 general, $15 students (with valid student ID) and seniors.
